What type of patients are in Hastings?
From Grandparents to Grandkids, we are a multigenerational practice. You mention 1 on 1 mentorship. What does that look like?
Learning from the best prosthodontist, periodontist, oral surgeons and implantologists, Dr. Trent Anderson has received his AGD Mastership. He has dedicated sharing this knowledge by creating his own implantology learning center in Cottage Grove, MN. While working at Hastings, you’ll receive not only 1 on 1 training, but thousands of dollars worth of free CE in extractions, grafting & implants, while working with one of the best.

What is the culture like?

The high energy, efficient & proactive nature of the practice creates a nurturing environment. What type of dental services are available in the office?
Less than 5% of specialty services are referred out. Pretty much everything stays in house. We strive to offer a real dental home to our patients. No worries if you haven’t yet honed your endo files or wizzy extractions. Do what is comfortable for you while we support our growing associates to attend the best CE in the country. Not to mention having access and mentorship with Dr. Trent.

I am unfamiliar to Hastings, what is out there?
Only 40 minutes from Minneapolis. Hastings is an unknown gem within reach of the Twin Cities. Some of the best hiking is just down the street. Take a stroll downtown and shop for unique trinkets in the boutique stores. Grab a local pint at Spirals Brewery or visit Minnesota’s very first vineyard. We’re a quaint city with lots of Minnesota personality.
